Business Development Director
to spearhead UK and international market expansion, lead commercial partnerships, and elevate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead global sales strategy across B2B, B2C, and online channels.
Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams, market segments, and partnership opportunities.
Create and manage annual sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align commercial goals.
Cultivate strong relationships with global buyers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Drive market expansion through data-led insights and customer behaviour analysis.
What We're Looking For:
7+ years in business development and sales within luxury interiors, architecture, hospitality or real estate.
Proven track record in scaling businesses and launching into new markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Passion for design and luxury brands / interiors
