Own and grow strategic accounts:

Take responsibility for Avenga's key clients, driving renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, and expanding into new programs, regions, and business units.

Develop and execute account growth plans:

Build multi-year strategic roadmaps covering revenue, capability expansion, stakeholder mapping, and relationship strategies.

Act as a trusted executive partner:

Lead governance, quarterly business reviews, joint planning sessions, and escalation forums to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Identify and shape new demand:

Explore opportunities in digital product engineering, data/AI & analytics, cloud transformation, intelligent supply chain, commercial platforms, and customer/consumer experience.

Drive commercial structuring and negotiations:

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Delivery, and leadership to structure scalable, long-term engagements.

Forecast and report:

Maintain pipeline health, deliver accurate forecasts, and manage opportunities in CRM with discipline.

Support new growth initiatives:

Allocate time to create opportunities in the broader Industrials segment beyond your named accounts.

Collaborate cross-functionally:

Work closely with Delivery, Customer Success, Solution Architecture, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to design compelling solutions and win high-value work.

Represent Avenga in the market:

Attend client meetings, host workshops, and act as Avenga's strategic voice in industry-specific discussions.

This is you

An executive-level growth leader who owns and expands our most critical global enterprise relationships. This person has proven experience turning marquee accounts into long-term, high-value revenue engines through strategic expansion, executive alignment, and disciplined account governance. Experienced in managing and expanding multimillion-dollar strategic accounts in Manufacturing and/or FMCG / Consumer Products, ideally in a services or consulting environment. A proven commercial driver with a track record of winning and expanding complex services engagements, including $10M+ TCV deals and multi-year programs. Deeply comfortable engaging at the C-level and senior operational level (COO, CIO, CDO, Chief Supply Chain Officer, Head of Manufacturing, Head of Digital, etc.), with the credibility to act as a trusted advisor. Fluent in the challenges and transformation priorities in Manufacturing/Industrials, including e.g., smart factory/plant digitization and MES/IoT modernization, predictive maintenance and asset performance, intelligent supply chain and logistics visibility, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization. Skilled in building and leading cross-functional pursuit/growth teams (delivery leads, solution architects, data/AI SMEs, product leaders, etc.) in a matrixed consulting/engineering environment. Strong in strategic account planning: stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, expansion strategy, relationship development, and commercial structuring. Comfortable balancing two motions: account expansion (majority focus) and driving new opportunities in the wider Industrials market (supporting focus). Experienced in selling services in areas such as public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), custom application development, product/platform engineering, data/AI and Big Data, digital commerce/experience, and managed services. Based in the UK (or operating primarily in the UK market) with the ability to travel across the UK and continental Europe. Educated to degree level (Master's preferred) and able to translate both business strategy and technology strategy into a compelling transformation narrative for senior stakeholders.
