Business Development Executive

to join our growing business.

We've doubled headcount in the past year, significantly grown our book of business, and we're now looking for a driven, client-focused individual to be part of our continued success story.

What you'll be doing:

Proactively sourcing and developing new business opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with SME clients across Northern Ireland. Understanding client needs and recommending tailored health insurance solutions. Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Working closely with our Senior Management team to hit and exceed targets.
What we're looking for:

Proven B2B sales experience (insurance, financial services, or professional services preferred, but not essential). Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient. Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. A genuine interest in helping businesses access the best private health cover.
