We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive & Lead Generator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying decision-makers, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a confident communicator with proven experience in outbound lead generation and closing warm opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
Engage with decision-makers to qualify opportunities and generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to setting appointments and handing over to closers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Work to weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, leads, conversions, revenue).
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and opportunities using CRM systems.
Contribute to developing and refining sales strategies for target industries and sectors.
Represent the company professionally at all times, building trust and credibility.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven track record in B2B business development, lead generation, or telesales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver against targets.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
