Summary



We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our passionate team at Adkwik Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our position as a leader in the adhesive manufacturing industry.

The Role



Make outbound calls to new prospects. Circa 100 dials per day. Identify existing growth opportunities from current customers, qualify and progress accordingly. Use a creative approach to consistently find new prospects to pursue. Proficiently coordinate diaries and be able to seamlessly book appointments between our team and our clients. It's critical that daily and weekly KPI's are met. Gather information and update databases accordingly. Support the wider sales team in coordinating the onboarding of a customer.

What you will need for the role of a Business Development Executive



Loves to open doors and persist in securing appointments. A desire to work hard and keep focused on the task at hand. At least 2 years of cold calling experience. Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and managing CRM. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A positive, can-do and upbeat attitude. Enjoy working alongside a team. Up for a challenge. A willingness to perform other tasks across the business.

Progression:



As we build our team, there would be scope to progress to an internal team leader and potentially other sales positions in time.

Role type



This role would preferably be full-time, but can be part-time. If part-time the salary is pro-rata. For part-time roles, we would be looking for a minimum of 25 hours a week spread consistently Mon-Fri. We can accommodate working hours that support child-care and personal commitments.
