Business Development Executive

Location: Chipping Norton (office-based)

Salary: 24,000-25,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE 30,000-35,000)

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (will consider part time for strong applications)

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Chipping Norton. You will speak with business owners and decision-makers, identify funding requirements, and book appointments for our senior team to close.

This is a proactive, phone-based role focused on building relationships, qualifying leads, and contributing to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Engage new and existing business clients by phone and email Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads Maintain and update CRM records accurately Book qualified appointments for senior sales staff or directors Support proposal follow-ups and ensure smooth handover to the admin team Work towards daily and weekly call and booking targets

Clear, confident, and professional phone manner Positive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude Organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced office environment Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred Interest in business or finance is an advantage
