: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

SALARY:

Up to 37,000 dependant on experience, plus uncapped commission scheme (OTE 52,000 +)

LOCATION:

Our offices are located in the centre of Christchurch, next to the high street shops, with Christchurch Quay a 10-minute walk away and only five minutes from the railway station. Please note the company is operating a hybrid working policy and is open to home working.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?



We are looking for a sales professional, adept in B2B business development in the technology industry. You will be an important member of the Sales team, qualifying marketing, technical and partner leads. Your work will empower the Sales team and the wider company to achieve our goals and showcase our expertise.

This role offers clear progression into account management roles if desired, alongside ongoing professional development through industry certifications and sales training.

We operate a hybrid working model of Monday, Wednesday and Fridays in the office and Tuesdays and Thursdays working from home.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?



Supporting the Head of Marketing to implement lead generation strategies

Identify, target and engage new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise segments

Drive pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge / intelligence together with marketing to ensure over-achievement

Responsible for tasks such as campaign management, tagging and internal unsubscribe processes

Monitoring lead generation tools linked to our websites, ensuring new prospects are being actioned efficiently to allow the Account Managers to make contact and develop new opportunities

Deliver exceptional service with every prospect interaction, delivering results against performance and quality objectives

Build positive working relationships with the Technical, Marketing and Operations departments to support a seamless customer journey experience

Attends job-related training to increase knowledge of the company, competitive landscape, industry knowledge and soft skills including sales skills

Participates in internal meetings to create sales processes, solve problems and keep up to date with information about the company

Creates and participates in opportunities to serve as a public representative and image builder of the company in the local community in order to network and develop and maintain our presence

Building lists on LinkedIn for prospecting by industry sector and actively increasing Pro2col followers

Represent Pro2col at events e.g. online user groups, exhibitions or reseller site visits

Work with smaller resellers to identify opportunities in their base

Feeding back on customer requirements, acting as marketing liaison to identify trends

Supporting the Account Managers on handling comparison guide requirements outside of the UK

Setting appointments for Account Managers and other Sales team members as required to qualify opportunities

Stay current with industry trends, compliance requirements and competitor offerings

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting

Any ad hoc duties required

WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU NEED?



Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunter mindset

Ideally 2 years software and services experience

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets

Highly driven, with a confident assertive style and a passion for excellent customer service

Lead generation skills

Able to apply learning, adapt and build relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication

Sales Navigator experience is desirable

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
