JSC Group Interiors Ltd is a small, family led company supplying premium curtain poles and tracks to the luxury interior trade. We support bespoke curtain makers and top interior designers across the UK, helping them deliver exceptional craftsmanship with our quality products and service.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our office team.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in engaging new and existing trade customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our high-end product range. This is an office based role involving outbound calls, relationship building, and supporting our customers to grow their orders with us.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is commercially minded, and thrives in a friendly but fast paced environment. Industry experience is helpful but not essential - full product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective trade customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with curtain makers, retailers, and interior professionals
Promote our product range, offers, and services to drive sales and customer growth
Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system
Support our creative marketing campaigns
Support the wider sales and marketing efforts where required
Achieve call targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in telesales, business development, or customer engagement (desirable)
Confident communicator with a friendly and professional telephone manner
Strong relationship building skills and commercially aware mindset
Self motivated, organised, and able to manage workload effectively
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software
