Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you\'ll play a crucial role in driving profitable growth by winning new business and nurturing existing client relationships. Collaborate with their Sales Manager to achieve targets and promote their training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise brand presence in client accounts.

• Deliver sales and profit targets in your accounts.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to schedule Public Courses.

• Manage client account information in the CRM system.

• Attend Awarding Organisation Events and promote changes via Company Social Media.

• Win new accounts monthly and maintain existing accounts.

• Conduct new business development via telephone, meeting daily targets.

• Advise clients on CITB grants and government funding.

• Advise clients on accreditation routes.

Person Specification:

Essential

• Self-motivated and driven.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Flexibility and adaptability.

• Extensive B2B sales experience.

• Understanding of the Construction Training Industry and HSE requirements.
