The role and the team
You will be joining a small yet very dynamic and collaborative team of passionate sales-professionals. You will be supported by a wider team in Operations and Carrier Department to enable you to do what you do best - Sell. You will look to open doors, quote and win customers across the UK and wider Europe. Main solutions include selling transport (FTL, LTL) and customs services.

Key Responsibilities
Identify prospects utilizing our technology, web search engines, personal networking, industry publication, etc.
Research leads to develop background for sales calls and identify decision maker.
Cold call leads and try to breakthrough to decision maker.
Identify needs and persuade customers to give Coyote an opportunity to manage their freight.
Effectively quote the customer.
Maintain relationships and continue to develop existing customer accounts.
React with a sense of urgency to solve problems, escalating when necessary.
Serve as a resource to customers regarding RXO service offerings, market trends, industry standards.
Build a great collaboration across departments - Teamwork!
Grow business pipeline with new and existing customers.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications & Experiences (But not essential!)
Prior experience in Transport or logistics (helpful, but training provided)
Prior Sales or customer service experience
Good communication skills & Sales driven
