We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
to join our UK operations. If you are passionate about sales, have a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, and are ready to contribute to our growing success, this is the opportunity for you!
Job Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Acquisition:
Identify and target enterprise clients across London and nearby areas.
Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and other sales activities to generate leads.
Pitch Salesforce solutions and related services, tailoring offerings to meet client needs.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Client Meetings:
Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with potential and current clients.
Present proposals, demos, and value propositions effectively.
Represent Cloud Analogy at networking events, seminars, and client workshops.
Sales Strategy and Reporting:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
Maintain updated records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Travel and Logistics:
Travel within London and nearby areas as needed for client meetings (expenses reimbursed).
Qualifications:
Citizenship and Location:
Must be a native UK citizen and currently residing in London or nearby areas.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and related IT solutions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly.
Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
