The Role:



You'll help with Aireavu's market entry and commercial rollout across Nigeria -- working at the intersection of proptech, sustainability, finance, and government relations. This isn't just a sales role; it's a growth mission. You'll map the landscape, forge partnerships, secure high-value projects, and ensure Aireavu's solutions are tailored for the Nigerian market.

We're looking for a rare breed: someone who's as comfortable discussing energy efficiency with property developers as they are navigating public-sector procurement or aligning with ESG investment goals.

Key Responsibilities



Help to develop our go-to-market strategy for Nigeria, across commercial, government, and real estate sectors. Leverage your deep local network to open doors to influential stakeholders, strategic partners, and anchor clients. Identify and close opportunities aligned with Aireavu's value proposition. Representing the brand at industry events, government forums, and stakeholder meetings. Work closely with our team to localise offerings, align on regulations, and implement scalable pilot programmes. Shape the narrative around Aireavu's trustworthy AI, hardware-agnostic approach, and real-time insights for the Nigerian market.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

:

10+ years of progressive professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior business development, strategy, or market expansion roles. A proven track record in business development, market expansion, or real estate innovation within Nigeria. A highly credible personal network across property, government, banking, logistics, or energy sectors. Experience with urban development, real estate financing, or smart building technologies. Strategic leadership and executional grit -- you've taken something from concept to traction before. Proven success in managing complex projects and driving high levels of customer satisfaction Strong knowledge of Nigerian regulatory, political, and commercial environments. Fluent business English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Management or a related discipline

Desirable Experience:



Exposure to public-private partnerships or procurement processes within Nigeria. Ability to develop and manage strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
