We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving growth within the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Experience in plant sales or working in design or fit out services for commercial clients is beneficial.
Duties
Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
Utilise Salesforce software to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales activities.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the company's services.
Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to inform product development.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Familiarity with Salesforce software is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
Salary dependent on experience
