We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new clients and projects, especially in South Indian Sri Lankan communities. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively presenting our design and build solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients and projects through various channels including market research, networking, industry events, online resources and from the warm leads given by developers and construction companies.

Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with, including architects, developers, property consultants, and end-users.
?
Client Meetings and Presentations:
Conduct effective client meetings to understand their requirements, present our company's capabilities, and articulate the value proposition of our design and build services.

Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting potential opportunities.
?
Negotiation and Closing:
Effectively negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
?
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential new business areas such as end users from South Indian and Sri Lankan ethnic communities. Sub-Continent language will be an added advantage. IT knowledge will be essential to make our company's presence in the digital and social media arena.

Reporting and Administration:
Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress against targets, and market insights.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the CEO, admin, design, and construction teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
? Proven track record of success in business development or sales.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
? Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
? Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
? Excellent organisational and time management skills.
? Computer literacy.
? A relevant degree in business or marketing.
? A degree in relevant discipline will be a definite advantage.
