Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research to tailor outreach efforts to high-potential businesses.
Initiate and manage prospect outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
Build meaningful connections with prospects and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our sustainability accounting solutions.
Handle objections confidently, ensuring that you navigate gatekeepers and decision-makers to secure meetings.
Use prospecting and CRM tools to track interactions, manage sales activities, and report on progress.
Collaborate with the management team to refine outreach strategies and improve the overall sales approach.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to continuously improve your prospecting efforts.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets in line with company objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS or sustainability-focused industries.
Proven experience in cold calling and telemarketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with Apollo or similar prospecting tools is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
A passion for sustainability and an eagerness to contribute to the success of an innovative company making a positive impact.
