Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to assist in the continued success and to take our client growth to the next level.
Summary of Role:
This is not a passive account management role. You'll be on the front line, sourcing, qualifying, and converting high value opportunities across multiple sectors. You'll be armed with case studies, a brilliant delivery reputation, and direct support from senior leadership.
Key focus areas:
Prospect with purpose - Calls, site visits, LinkedIn, networking and events.
Own your pipeline - Manage and grow qualified leads across key sectors.
Drive Relationships - Face-to-face with key decision makers across the UK.
Be the intel hub - Gather and pass on full tender intelligence to pre-construction teams.
Report like a pro - Weekly updates, CRM logging, and opportunity reviews.
Collaborate Internally - Be a bridge between sales, estimating, and delivery.
Skills & qualifications required:

Experienced in Sales, BD, Recruitment or client engagement (B2B construction or service preferred, but not essential).
Exceptional communication and influencing skills across multiple platforms.
Strong commercial awareness, able to match client pain points with our technical expertise.
Resilient and self-driven, you own your time, your goals, and your results.
Professionally presentable and confident in meetings, on-site and online.
Confident using IT & CRM systems.
Comfortable with travel across the UK.
