Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through strategic planning and client engagement.
Attend business meetings with prospective clients and present quotes and proposals.
Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in the target organizations to foster end to end business development.
Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
Producing detailed sales reports on the efficacy of the technology.
Provide accurate and timely management information, to include-activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs.
Handling and converting prospective clients to the potential customers by using various sales strategies (Upselling / Cross selling).
Maintaining database of former, existing and prospective clients highlighting their requirements and other relevant information.
Responsible for gathering effective market intelligence (competition, customer requirement, technology changes, trends)
Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required -
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client interaction.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
Experience in a regulated industry with understanding of all latest and popular Web, Mobile and Cloud technologies would be a plus.
Demonstrable experience applying analytical and modelling techniques to provide insights into business issues
An adaptable approach to break down research requests into smaller component
Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods.
