The Opportunity
Dallas Chicken & Pizza, a Nationwide fast-food franchise, are recruiting for a full time Business Development Executive from their base in
Morden, London, SM4
. You will be responsible for the role working closely with the Operations Director.
This role will suit someone seeking a challenge who is a critical thinker, quick learner, trouble shooter and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a very fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities will involve:
Engage with senior management to discuss and define business methods, core offerings, and ideal customer segments in order to determine marketing and expansion requirements.
Identify potential franchise opportunities and assist in the onboarding and support of new franchisees.
Conduct in-depth market research to assess competitor activity, consumer trends, pricing strategies, and packaging standards.
Collate and analyse research data, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to internal stakeholders and potential partners.
Use research insights to recommend adjustments to product design, pricing, branding, packaging, and promotions.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies--including social media, paid ads, and email campaigns--to promote brand visibility, attract customers, and drive sales.
Present marketing options and digital strategy proposals to management and franchise partners for feedback and approval.
Liaise with external advertising and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and client expectations.
Monitor advertising campaign performance, gather feedback, and coordinate any necessary changes or enhancements.
Support business growth by identifying and building relationships with potential B2B clients, franchisees, and marketing partners.
Responsible for collating and maintaining the database of clients, franchise lead pipelines, and campaign documentation.
Key Requirements
Ability to use Microsoft office to a proficient level (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
Familiarity with fast food brands is desirable, but not a necessity
Strong English Language skills, verbal and written
Critical thinking and trouble shooting skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
Understanding of UK food industry regulations and consumer behaviour trends.
Minimum 2 years' working experience, preferably in food service, hospitality sector, or retail.
Proven ability to conduct market research and develop actionable business and marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
