Based at our Head Office in Newark, you will provide telesales support to all sales personnel generating opportunities to attend appointments and ultimately win business. A rewarding and challenging role requiring good telephone skills, a flexible approach, an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service, a keen eye for detail and accuracy, organisational skills and a desire for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
1. Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for Sales Executives with the emphasis on high quality appointments.
2. Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific Industry sectors
3. Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the Sales Executives.
4. Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
5. Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
6. Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise ideas.
7. Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
8. You may be required, from time to time, to undertake other duties by your Manager or a Director of the Company that is within your range of skills and abilities.
9. Attend training courses as appropriate.
10. Willing to undertake additional responsibilities as required i.e, Health & Safety/Fire Marshall/First aider.

Pay: 12.60 per hour
