Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and secure contracts with care homes and other care providers. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential care home clients (private and public sector) across designated regions.
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry events.
Secure meetings and present our services to decision-makers (Registered Managers, Procurement Officers, etc.)
Build and maintain relationships with care home groups and care providers.
Work closely with internal recruitment and compliance teams to deliver on client staffing needs.
Negotiate service agreements, rates, and terms in line with company standards.
Track performance and maintain records of client interactions using CRM tools.
Represent the company in a professional and compliant manner at all times.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (experience in healthcare or care staffing is highly preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
Good understanding of the UK healthcare staffing market and compliance requirements (desired).
Confident in using digital tools (CRM, email, Excel, LinkedIn, etc.).
