We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our market presence. If you have strong sales, networking, and business development skills and are eager to build a career in specialist finance, we want to hear from you.
Key Accountabilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the bridging finance market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and property developers.
Work with internal teams to structure competitive and tailored finance solutions.
Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding revenue and performance targets.
Manage a pipeline of clients, ensuring a high conversion rate from enquiry to completion.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the bridging finance sector.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence.
Collaborate with the underwriting and credit teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions.
Stay up to date with regulatory changes and competitor offerings.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within bridging finance, commercial lending, or property finance.
A self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
A keen interest in property finance and lending, with a willingness to develop industry knowledge.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
