Role Overview
We are seeking a driven, well-connected Business Development Executive to join our team as a full-time employee. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new developer clients, conducting residential property valuations, and acting as the selling agent for properties introduced to the company through your efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify property developers active in the Liverpool market.
- Initiate contact via phone, email, LinkedIn, and property networking events.
- Set up and attend meetings (in-person or virtual) to present Lev Liverpool's offering.
- Clearly and persuasively articulate our value proposition.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with developers, acting as the first point of contact.
- Conduct accurate valuations of residential properties introduced by developer clients.
- Act as the selling agent for all properties you bring into the company, managing the sales process from listing through to completion.
- Report progress on outreach, meetings, and conversions to the directors.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new developer clients.

Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management--ideally in property, real estate, or related sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in the valuation of residential property, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and pricing strategies.
- Previous experience acting as the selling agent for residential properties, including managing listings, viewings, negotiations, and sales progression.
- Existing network of property developers in Liverpool is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, direct, and fact-based approach.
- Self-motivated, able to manage your own pipeline and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Available to attend meetings and conduct valuations in Liverpool as required.
- This is an office-based role; remote or flexible work options are not available.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience and network.
