Key Responsibilities
Proactively initiate outbound cold calls to identify and engage potential business clients
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the senior sales team
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions, call outcomes, and lead progress in the CRM system
Consistently follow up on warm and cold leads to guide them through the sales funnel
Understand prospective clients' needs and present tailored solutions that align with our offerings
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine outreach strategies, pitch messaging, and value propositions
Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, outreach volume, and qualified meetings
Required Qualifications and Skills
1-3 years of relevant experience in cold calling, outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development
Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage decision-makers
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and target achievement
Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups on a daily basis
Excellent time management, organizational, and reporting abilities
Working knowledge of CRM tools or lead management software is preferred
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
