Business Development Executives
who can drive client acquisition and revenue in the
IT software services and IT consulting domain

What You'll Do:
Identify and engage new clients for software development and consulting services
Pitch service offerings including project-based solutions, IT staffing, product development, and managed services
Manage client relationships from outreach to closure
Work closely with delivery and technical teams to align proposals and execution
Participate in revenue share for every successful business closed
You Should Have:
Strong understanding of IT services and consulting models
Proven ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and personal networks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
Experience with international markets is a bonus
