About the Opportunity
We're an established, profitable health and safety products business with ambitious growth plans. We already work with some excellent blue-chip clients, and now we need an experienced field sales professional to help us expand our market position and become the go-to supplier in our sector.

The Role
You'll manage your own territory, selling innovative health and safety products directly to end users across, but not limited to, construction, manufacturing, horticulture, and grounds maintenance sectors. This is a consultative sales role - you'll need to understand client challenges through questions and, using the knowledge you have gained, demonstrate how our solutions solve their problems.
This is a field-based role, not solely a desk job. You'll also be out meeting clients, conducting site visits (sometimes requiring full PPE on construction or manufacturing sites), and building relationships face-to-face through a mix of planned meetings and proactive prospecting.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Finding and winning new customers across multiple industries
Building a strong pipeline from both your own prospecting and marketing-generated leads
Managing existing client relationships while driving new business
Maintaining accurate CRM records using our Hubspot CRM system
Territory management with some early starts, late finishes, and occasional nights away
Occasional exhibition attendance where we will be showing our system

What You'll Need
Essential:
Proven B2B field sales experience with a track record of managing your own territory
Tenacity in making prospecting phone calls
Experience visiting prospects, conducting your own prospecting, and converting leads to sales
Comfortable with both hunting new business and farming existing accounts
Clean UK driving licence
Willingness to work flexibly (this isn't a standard 9-5 role)
Desirable:
Experience selling into construction, manufacturing, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
Knowledge of health and safety products or regulations
Familiarity with hand tools and equipment
Experience dealing with businesses from SMEs to large multinationals
