Are you driven by results and motivated by commission? 39D Managed IT Support Services is recruiting 5 Business Development Executives to help us expand our client base across Essex, Hertfordshire, and beyond.

The Role

This is a home-based role with flexibility, but you'll also be out and about at business networking events (BNI, Chambers of Commerce, trade shows, etc.), building relationships and generating referrals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Prospecting and winning new business. Representing 39D at networking events and local business groups. Selling managed IT support packages at 100 per end point. Hitting monthly sales targets of 30 end points. Working closely with the technical team for client onboarding.
Salary & Commission

Basic Salary: 22,000 - 26,000 (experience dependent). Commission: 100 per end point sold. Monthly Target: 30 end points = 3,000 commission. OTE Example: Hitting target (30 end points) ? 22k basic + 36k commission = 58k OTE Over-achieving (40 end points) ? 22k basic + 48k commission = 70k OTE Top performer (50 end points) ? 22k basic + 60k commission = 82k OTE

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management. Confident networker who enjoys meeting new people. Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven. Interest in IT and technology (training provided). Own transport for attending networking events (preferred).
