Lead business development efforts focused on psychological safety solutions, including training programs, assessments, consulting services, and digital tools.
Identify, engage, and secure new clients and partners in HR, H&S, L&D, and occupational health services.
Develop tailored proposals and pitches that align with clients' organisational culture, wellbeing goals, and diversity and inclusion strategies.
Build relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., HR leaders, wellbeing officers, across sectors such as corporate, education, healthcare, and government).
Identify and secure new funding opportunities (corporate, public, philanthropic).
Lead on funding proposals, tenders and partnership pitches.
Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, product, delivery) to co-create scalable, high-impact offerings.
Track KPI's and analyse performance metrics (pipeline, conversion, customer satisfaction), using insights to refine strategy.
Represent the organisation at industry events, webinars, and panels focused on psychological safety and workplace wellbeing.
Stay up to date with research and trends in psychological safety, EDI, and workplace wellbeing.
Carry out any other reasonable tasks which may be required by the Organisation.
Key Skils:
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles, ideally in mental health, organisational development, HR tech, or consulting.
Deep understanding of psychological safety concepts and their relevance to team performance, retention, inclusion, and mental health and wellbeing.
Proven success in consultative sales or value-based partnership building.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a strong commitment to creating safe, inclusive environments--internally and externally.
Experience with B2B sales in HR, wellbeing, or leadership development sectors.
Familiarity with psychological safety assessment tools or frameworks (e.g. ISO 45003).
