We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with a keen ability to identify opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients. Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software is essential to effectively manage customer interactions and streamline processes.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.

Develop and execute strategic growth plans aimed at expanding the brand's presence, increasing market share, and supporting long-term business objectives. Have knowledge and experience in developing a brand in to a franchise business. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, service gaps, and new business opportunities within the beauty and wellness sector. Build and manage strategic partnerships with product suppliers, marketing platforms, and local collaborators to support business development and service innovation. Lead brand development and marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels to strengthen customer engagement and increase visibility. Monitor key business performance indicators and generate regular reports to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement strategies. Support multi-location expansion efforts by evaluating new markets, coordinating launch plans, and ensuring alignment with brand standards. Currently we have one location, have signed contract for second location and are looking for more locations. Collaborate with salon management and staff to align operational practices with growth objectives and ensure consistent service delivery across all touch points. By leveraging advanced market research tools and data analytics, the Business Development Manager will identify high-potential regions for expansion, contributing to job creation and increased tax revenue in the UK. Their work will directly support our goal of opening 7 new salon locations by 2027, each creating 35 additional jobs for UK workers, thereby enhancing our contribution to the local economy. Have experience with Franchising a brand in the beauty industry. You will be responsible to develop and work with various parties nicking legal to create the franchise model for the business and launch it in the UK. Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value proposition. Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.

Experience



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry. Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
