We're expanding our
London (West Ealing)
operations and seeking a driven Business Development Manager with an existing network across
case management, personal injury, CHC/ICBs, and supported living
to help us grow.
Role Purpose
Develop new business partnerships and secure contracts for
live-in, 24-hour, complex, and supported living care packages
from
case managers, solicitors, CHC/ICBs, and private clients
across London and the South East.
This role is
relationship-led (not cold-calling)
and requires strong knowledge of
healthcare, rehabilitation, and commissioning processes
.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with
case management companies, PI solicitors, insurers, CHC/ICBs, hospital discharge teams, and supported living providers
.
Attend professional networking events (
BABICM, CMSUK, CHC forums
) to promote Aim24 Care Group.
Present Aim24 Care's services to prospective partners, highlighting
rapid mobilisation (48-hour packages)
and
clinically led care pathways
.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to open
new referral channels
across London and surrounding areas.
Deliver monthly
activity and conversion KPIs
(e.g., meetings, referrals, new packages).
Relationship Management
Act as the key point of contact for
referrers
(solicitors, case managers, insurers, CHC teams).
Manage partner onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to service delivery.
Maintain a live database/CRM of professional contacts with regular touchpoints and follow-up.
Commercial & Financial
Negotiate
rates and terms
in line with company policy and profitability targets.
Support the
CEO and Finance Manager (Peter Cook)
on pricing, tenders, and payment terms.
Monitor
competitor activity, pricing trends, and market changes
to inform strategy.
Marketing & Representation
Work with Marketing to develop
brochures, case studies, and LinkedIn campaigns
.
Represent Aim24 Care at
professional events, legal conferences, and ICB workshops
.
Contribute to
webinars and educational sessions
for solicitors and case managers.
Person SpecificationEssential
Minimum
2 years'
experience in business development/partnerships within
case management, rehabilitation, personal injury, or complex care
sectors.
Proven track record of
winning or managing high-value care packages (50k+)
.
Existing network of
case managers, solicitors, CHC/ICB contacts, or discharge teams
.
Strong understanding of
CQC-regulated services, CHC processes, and the Rehab Code
.
Excellent
relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
Full UK driving licence
and ability to travel across London & the South East.
Strong proficiency with
Salesforce or other CRM platforms
.
Desirable
Experience with
live-in care, complex care, or supported living
providers.
Understanding of
Direct Payments
and private client acquisition.
Experience using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and running professional campaigns.
