What You'll Be Doing:

Manage a portfolio of SME clients across your region, building strong relationships to uncover and convert asset finance opportunities. Write and structure a high volume of asset finance deals per year, tailoring funding solutions that directly support SME growth. Work collaboratively with internal coverage, risk, and credit teams to deliver seamless and effective client experiences.

What You'll Need:

Solid background in asset finance or commercial lending, with experience working with SME clients. Strong credit skills and the ability to read and interpret financials confidently. Proven ability to develop new business and maintain a strong deal pipeline.
