We are a family run company based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, established over 25 years ago. Our core business is general haulage, throughout the UK, as well as offering other more specialist logistical solutions.

We are looking for a hard working, Driven and customer focused person who can become our Business Development Manager. If you have experience of working in sales, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you. You'll be expected to develop and deliver the strategy in line with the company's vision of growth, working both independently and alongside the existing members of the team.

To be part of our team we would expect you to:

Responsibilities:

Developing and securing new business.

Providing clients with competitive proposals and following up quotations.

To Coordinate an end to end process from receipt of goods to its destination

Take bookings and liaise with current and new customers

Contribute to growing our business and developing new opportunities

Visiting prospective new clients.

Qualifications & Experience expected:

Experience in a road haulage/express freight environment (Preferred)

A minimum of 2 years sales experience. (Preferred)

Understanding of the road haulage industry (Advantageous)

Ability to prioritise and organise work in order to achieve deadlines.

Driven to succeed with a 'CAN DO' attitude.

Customer Focused

Pay: 27,309.30-50,000.00 per year
