Job Description

One of the leading Finance and Accounting Outsourcing company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic planning, sales and customer relationship management with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to penetrate these markets effectively. Utilize various tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on progress. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and promotional materials. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts. Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Experience



Proven three to five years of experience in business development or sales roles, within Accounting and FP&A industry. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close high-value deals. Strong knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools. Experience with project management methodologies is a plus. A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans. A bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
