We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
with a strong background in the
beauty and cosmetics industry
to drive B2B client acquisition, manage partnerships, and expand our presence in the UK and European markets.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the manufacturing and product development process within the beauty industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business growth and partnership management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with beauty brands, distributors, and buyers in both domestic and international markets.
Lead negotiations and project coordination for OEM/ODM manufacturing partnerships.
Collaborate with internal R&D, production, and design teams to deliver tailored solutions based on client needs.
Develop market entry and expansion strategies to meet company sales goals.
Attend industry trade fairs and exhibitions (e.g.
Cosmoprof
,
Beautyworld
,
In-Cosmetics
) to promote company visibility and build client networks.
Conduct regular market research, identify new opportunities, and provide strategic business insights.
Prepare reports, business proposals, and client feedback analyses for management.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
B2B sales or business development
within the
beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry
.
Familiarity with
OEM/ODM operations
and international client management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English, capable of writing professional business proposals and conducting presentations.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a results-driven mindset.
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, International Trade
, or a related field preferred.
