The Role
As a
Business Development Manager
, your primary focus will be generating and converting new business opportunities by making outbound calls to UK businesses.
You will:
Make outbound B2B calls using a proven script.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Generate new opportunities and close sales.
Complete sales administration to a high standard for the contract to be submitted.
Be driven and competitive to consistently meet and exceed your individual sales targets.
This role requires precision, professionalism, and the ability to follow structured conversations in a regulated industry.

Starting salary of 32,500
with an increase upon successful probation

You will have:
Proven
B2B sales experience
and a track record of exceeding targets
A target-driven mindset and strong self-motivation
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
The ability to follow a proven sales script precisely
Strong organisational skills to manage your own pipeline
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, working with urgency
Have a positive attitude and a growth mindset
