The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be the face of our company to new clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Identifying and approaching potential customers through

cold-calling and field visits

Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients Understanding customer needs and offering tailored product solutions Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction Providing ad hoc support to the wider team and assisting with general office tasks as required
This role is predominantly field-based and will require a proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys being out in the field and meeting new people.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in

Mandarin, Cantonese, and English

is

essential

Strong physical fitness - the role may involve lifting or handling stock during customer visits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team

Full UK driving licence (Required)

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in B2B sales or within the food wholesale sector Familiarity with CRM tools or basic sales tracking methods Understanding of Asian cuisine and food products
