Seeking talented media advertising sales executives:

Redactive Media Group are looking for a talented business development manager who wants to continue their career at an award-winning publishing agency. Working on a niche magazine in the building sector, selling advertising across print, digital and events, we need someone who enjoys generating revenues from established key accounts and developing more new business.

You will be hungry to speak to clients, be solutions-orientated, able to identify client needs and present solutions to help them achieve their objectives. We need someone who enjoys generating revenues from key accounts and developing new business, with extensive experience of selling print advertising in addition to online.

With the support of your sales manager and with the support of our editorial teams, who deliver content across range of channels, you will be able to create multi-platform packages which provide excellent engagement and positioning for our commercial clients. Your proactive, self-starting approach will ensure success.

You will be able to demonstrate previous success in delivering the following:

  • Sales experience with a proven track record in your vertical sector of media advertising sales \xe2\x80\x93 ideally linked the building / construction / built environment industry
  • Strong understanding of publishing and event sales
  • Experience in and understanding of:
  • Presenting to senior audiences
  • Creating compelling sales proposals
  • High level negotiations
  • Print and digital solutions
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Solutions orientated mentality
  • Good time management skills with the ability to deliver projects within deadlines
  • Ability to respond to pressurised situations
  • Command of all basic IT skills and knowledge of digital stats, platforms etc
