The Pristine Team Ltd. delivers professional commercial cleaning services across Birmingham and the West Midlands. We are expanding our client base and seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth, build relationships, and secure new commercial contracts.
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping position The Pristine Team Ltd. as a trusted partner for commercial cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors (offices, dental/healthcare, warehouses, apartments).
Respond to tenders, prepare proposals, and lead client presentations.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategy.
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales or business development (cleaning/facilities sector preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of tendering/bidding processes desirable.
Driving licence and willingness to travel.
