We're a privately owned lifting and road transport service provider moving everything from small to large generators, transformers thought to Helicopters throughout the UK and further afield.

Our fleet of cranes, HIABs, semi-low loaders and escort vehicles tackles projects other hauliers won't touch.

The Mission

Drive new revenue across six service lines:

Contract Lifting

Machinery Relocation

Capital-Equipment Movement

Crane & HIAB Hire

Specialist / Abnormal Road Transport

HIAB Transport

You will lead business development activity leveraging your black book, crafting winning bids, and steering projects from first enquiry to sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

Activate and grow your

existing client portfolio

--manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, ports, renewables, data centres, etc. Conduct technical site surveys; . Build cost models and negotiate commercial terms through to contract award. Collaborate with our Appointed Persons, transport planners and lift supervisors to ensure seamless delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a robust pipeline.
What We're Looking For

5+ years' success

in contract lifting, heavy haulage or machinery relocation. Demonstrable,

activated network

within the UK lifting / transport market. Sound understanding of CDM, LOLER, STGO, and escort regulations. Commercially sharp--able to price quickly and close decisively. Advantageous certifications: CPCS (Appointed Person), SMSTS/SSSTS, CPC, or NVQ Lifting Operations. Self-starter comfortable in an agile, owner-led environment.
