We're looking for an ambitious and driven
Business Development Manager
to grow our B2B client base and drive revenue through quoting, relationship building, and account conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage a pipeline of B2B construction and contractor clients
Quoting plumbing packs
Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close new business
Convert one-off buyers into long-term
Track your performance using our CRM Business central
Work closely with the trade counter manager and the company director
Requirements
4+ years in B2B sales (ideally plumbing, heating, M&E, or construction)
Strong quoting and negotiation skills
Able to close deals from 5,000 to 100,000+
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Based near Luton with a valid UK driving license

40,000-50,000 base + generous performance-based bonus (OTE 70k-100k+)
