In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy - spotting untapped potential, identifying "white space" opportunities, and connecting with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) that haven't yet discovered the magic of PGL. You'll be a natural relationship-builder with a hunter mindset, passionate about making meaningful connections and opening doors to new partnerships. You'll work closely with our Senior Business Development Manager to deliver strategic growth across all brands within the PGL Beyond group. Whether it's launching new initiatives or expanding our reach into new regions, you'll play a key role in helping us grow our impact in the education sector. Extensive experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2b environment
Demonstrated ability to create and nurture strategic partnerships that contributed to business growth and market presence.
