Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a regional business development strategy aligned with global goals.
Build deep relationships with both existing clients and new prospects.
Unlock new sectors, regions, and project opportunities.
Identify, develop, and manage channel partners and distributors across Europe and the US.
Enable partners with the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed in representing McMenon.
Represent McMenon at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Be the face of our instrumentation and contract manufacturing capabilities.
Work closely with internal stakeholders including operations, engineering, and marketing.
Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure agility and competitiveness.
Monitor market trends, policy changes, and customer needs in key sectors.
Provide insight-driven feedback and forecasts to the leadership team.
What You Bring
A strong background in business development, technical sales, or key account management in engineering, instrumentation, or manufacturing.
Exposure to or experience in the energy and/or nuclear sectors in Europe or the US is a significant advantage.
A proven track record of building strategic customer and partner relationships.
A commercial mindset with the confidence to drive growth and lead from the front.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Ambition to take on broader leadership responsibilities as the business grows.
Willingness to travel extensively across target markets.
