Job Title: Business Development Manager - EV Chargepoint

Location: Emperor Court, Crewe CW1 6BD

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Your responsibilities day to day will be\xe2\x80\xa6

You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customer base, advising and supporting them on their transition to Electric Vehicles.

  • Achieve sales objectives through the development and maintenance of business relationships
  • Become an expert in our EV charging offering and the wider market, allowing you to support your customers and act as a trusted partner
  • Develop your pipeline of prospects, managing your diary to keep them engaged and providing the support needed for them to make their decision
  • Increase customer retention and adoption rates by conducting regular check-in calls.
  • Serve as customer advocate, including collecting customer feedback on product needs, understanding customer and industry trends, and articulating those back to the business.
  • Drive upsell campaigns letting customers take fuller advantage from Radius group services whilst creating longer and stronger contractual relationships
What do we expect of you?
  • Experience in negotiating with middle and senior management including presenting product and service proposals
  • Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire client loyalty and adoption
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
