Key Responsibilities

• Proactively build and develop strong relationships with mortgage intermediaries and brokers in your allocated region.
• Drive new mortgage business through structured and professional telephone engagement.
• Re-engage with lapsed partners and promote the full range of West One mortgage products.
• Collaborate closely with field-based BDMs to meet and exceed product targets.
• Deliver outstanding account management for key partners, ensuring excellent service and retention.
• Represent West One's values and brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in every interaction.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills over the phone.
• Strong sales and negotiation ability with a results-driven mindset.
• Organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple relationships effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with wider teams to drive shared success.

Knowledge & Personal Attributes

• Previous experience in financial services or mortgage-related business development is advantageous.
• Previous experience within a sales role would be highly desirable.
• Ambitious, driven, and passionate about building a long-term career with a growing company.
