About the Role: Our law firm client is looking for an experienced professional to join their Clients, Markets & Growth team. This role is pivotal in supporting practice and industry collaboration, growth, and client engagement within the Financial Services sector. You will work closely with senior managers and partner stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with counterparts in EMEA and APAC to ensure global connectivity and knowledge sharing.
• Support business development activities, prioritizing opportunities for revenue growth.
• Coach and support partner teams in strategic market-facing initiatives.
• Utilize market and client insights to identify opportunities and deepen client relationships.
• Manage the opportunity pursuit process, including bids and proposals.
• Support profile-raising campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.

About You:

• Experience in a professional services or industry business development environment.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and innovative mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on execution.
