As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and winning new projects through strong, consultative relationship-building with:
Data centre build contractors
Facilities Management companies
M&E and fit-out contractors
You'll work closely with our design and projects teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions for gas extinguishing systems, clean agent systems, and related fire suppression technologies.

We're a specialist fire protection company providing design, supply, installation and maintenance of gas extinguishing and other fire suppression systems across the UK.
Our projects include some of the most critical environments, particularly data centres, server rooms, and high-value infrastructure where reliability and precision matter most.
We're growing fast and are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen relationships and drive growth in the data centre and FM sectors.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the data centre and FM sectors
Identify and pursue new project opportunities from design stage through to award
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events to promote our brand
Track market activity, tender opportunities, and competitor movements
Record activity on your preferred CRM system
Represent the company with professionalism and technical credibility at all times.
Skills
Proven B2B sales or business development experience in fire protection, M&E contracting, building services, or data centre infrastructure
Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and procurement teams
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project-based sales
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organised and results-driven.
Desirable
Knowledge of fire suppression systems
Network of contacts within the data centre or FM sectors
