Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our team at a vibrant salon in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the beauty industry and possess exceptional organisational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute client-focused business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market presence.

- Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage referrals, repeat visits, and membership growth.

- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, gaps, and new business opportunities.

- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, clinics, gyms, hotels, spas, local businesses, and corporate clients.

- Support and deliver local outreach initiatives, promotions, and in-studio campaigns to attract new clients.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on studio events, local promotions, and community engagement activities.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare performance reports, and contribute insights to strategic planning.

- Represent the studio at networking events, community functions, and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

- Master degree.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and support commercial decision-making.

- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth running and exceptional customer service
- Manage salon staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive salon sales and meet targets
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Supervise salon cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Create staff schedules and manage appointments efficiently
- Promote salon services and products to maximise revenue

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 29,000.00-39,000.00 per year
