We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
Manage key client accounts and build strong relationships to promote customer loyalty
Oversee merchandising activities to optimise product presentation and maximise sales opportunities
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
Organise promotional events and campaigns to increase brand visibility and market penetration
Maintain excellent phone etiquette when engaging with clients and prospects
Ensure effective time management within the team to meet deadlines and targets
Oversee administrative tasks related to sales operations, including documentation and record keeping
Qualifications
Proven experience in management roles within retail or sales environments, with supervising experience preferred
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
Demonstrated success in sales management, including developing strategies that increase revenue
Organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and administrative tasks
