Responsibilities



? You will identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching market trends, understanding customer needs, building relationships with potential clients in the construction equipment sector and reporting regularly on progress towards achieving business development goals.

? We expect you to manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through regular communication and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

? You shall develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales of our asphalt plants, concrete plants, granulators, wash plants, and crushing and screening equipment, plus other unique products we manufacture.

? You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.

? We expect you to prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to meet the specific requirements of each prospective client.

? You shall conduct negotiations on pricing and contract terms while maintaining profitability and competitive positioning for Cormac Engineering Ltd.

? You will track industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a deep understanding of the marketplace and adjust strategies accordingly.

? A key responsibility is developing and implementing growth strategies that drive revenue and increase market share for Cormac Engineering's speciality products.

Requirements



? A proven track record of identifying and establishing strategic partnerships within the construction equipment industry.

? We require you to demonstrate expertise in negotiating high-value contracts with clients related to asphalt plants, concrete plants, and other heavy machinery.

? You should have strong skills in market analysis to identify opportunities for expanding our product reach in the quarry equipment sector.

? The role requires you to actively engage in networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate viable leads.

? Your ability to create tailored business proposals that effectively address client needs in crushing and screening equipment will be essential.

? You need to exhibit exceptional communication skills to present complex technical information about granulators and wash plants clearly to diverse audiences.

? You will ideally be North-West or Midlands-based
