Main Tasks and Responsibilities



Opportunity Development



Understand the full range of services and sales proposition that Natural Power offer. Develop business opportunities through client relationships, networking, market intelligence and

events. Build an effective sales pipeline through customer visits, telephone/teams calls and follow up enquiries in order to secure future business.
Promote cross-services propositions linked to client needs

Client Management



Ownership of defined accounts. Build and maintain customer relationships at all levels with existing customers to develop new business and monitor and feedback customer satisfaction in existing business. Develop detailed understanding of allocated Key/Strategic Accounts, including: structure, strategy, relationships, opportunities, feedback and customer satisfaction. Expand the reach of Natural Power by developing new customers. Be seen as point of contact for client account management and add value to the client by including technical experts and senior managers in client interactions as appropriate.

Strategic Business Development



Identify opportunities Contribute insights to refine sales propositions Forecasting of future prospects order intake Build and maintain long term relations with other stakeholders that could contribute to the development of Natural Powers standing in the market as a professional and accountable partner Analysis of customer and market requirements to assist the development of business strategies

Securing Business



Build and maintain strong relationship with bid and delivery teams Be accountable for achieving direct sales targets set by the Director of the department being supported, ensuring consistent progress towards agreed revenue goals Support commercial approach to bids and client delivery. Input into on how to add value to the customer and ensure the tender response fits with the customers strategy and requirements. Support negotiations, escalating complex ones to relevant director. Coordinate and assist in the closing of contracts.

Information Sharing



Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool with key, customer information. Provide regular pipeline. Share best practise and customer insights within Natural Power.
This is a permanent role, working

37.5

hours per week, 9.00a.m. and 5.30p.m. Monday to Friday.
