Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth in the healthcare sector? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Management Team and lead initiatives that position us as the preferred partner in the industry.
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in delivering top-line sales targets and supporting the execution of our sales strategy. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring successful conversion through innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business, organic growth, and retention within the healthcare sector.
- Define key markets and targets in collaboration with the Sector Commercial team.
- Own the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to strengthen market position.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Subject Matter Experts, to support bid processes.
- Ensure CRM processes and data management are effectively implemented.
- Act as a role model for customer engagement and commercial excellence.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or commercial roles with proven results in growth and profitability.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare service industry, with exposure to both public and private sectors
- Demonstrated success in converting bids through creative, customer-focused solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
